The manifold is ideal for fitting a more modern 1.8 or 2.0 Zetec E engine into a classic car where the owner wants to retain the original style of a single downdraught carburettor. and it is also suitable for a number of racing classes where the Zetec E engine can be used only with a single
\ndowndraught carb.<\/p>\n
The manifold bolts straight onto the engine with no modifications required. It is cast and machined in the UK and contains bracing around the top face to prevent fatigue cracks.
\nIt comes pre-drilled with a 1\/4NPT vacuum inlet but is supplied bare; vacuum union and studs are available separately.<\/p>\n
