The MG\u2008ZR can make quite an exciting track day car and with that in mind GAZ is producing a Gold Coilover Suspension kit for the ZR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system may also be useful for those kit cars based on the ZR that are now becoming popular, although it would be wise to check with the particular kit\u2019s manufacturer for suitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gaz Gold units are both height and damper rate adjustable. Ride height is adjustable through 80mm of adjustment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The height adjusters have a coarse acme form thread for ease of adjustment and to ensure that they remain in good order even after considerable service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damper rates are variable by means of an adjuster knob on the damper body. The GAZ Gold range comes with a gas cell in the reservoir filled with a high viscosity index multi grade oil to prevent cavitation and reduce fade under racing or trackday conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the units are individually tested before leaving the factory and are covered by a two year warranty.
GAZ Gold Race Coilovers for MG\u2008ZR start at \u00a3146.09 each plus VAT for the rear dampers and the whole kit of four with race suspension springs is available at \u00a31013.58 plus VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GAZ can also produce this kit with \u2018road use\u2019 valving if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
