Mini Spares is pleased to announce it can now offer its own version of the 29 tooth primary gear for A-plus 1275cc engines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mini Spares DAM8890 gear comes with an easy-change front floating bush which is held in by a circlip. When the bush finally needs replacing it can easily be removed without the need to replace the gear as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

End float clearances for the 29 tooth primary gear are from .0035 to .0065.
Shim washers DAM6486 to DAM6490 for use with the 29 tooth primary gear are also available from Mini Spares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Original A+ 29 tooth primary gears were usually over \u00a3200.00 from Rover (and that was a while back), but the Mini Spares DAM8890 primary gear retails at just \u00a3163.20 inc VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
