With wintertime being the season for overhauls it\u2019s
good to know that Burton now has a full range of
affordable cast pistons to fit Ford 711M engines with
flat (non-chambered) heads; that’s the Kent
Crossflow engine that was introduced in August 1970.
However, the pistons also fit the Fiesta 771M
transverse engines.
The pistons are available in standard bore and the following overbore sizes:
+0.090″ Part Number 18649\\090 at \u00a357.00 each inc. VAT
+0.030″ Part Number 18649\\030 at \u00a357.00 each inc. VAT
+0.020″ Part Number 18649\\020 at \u00a357.00 each inc. VAT
+0.040″ Part Number 18649\\040 at \u00a357.00 each inc. VAT
+0.060″ Part Number 18649\\060 at \u00a357.00 each inc. VAT
All of the overbore pistons are made by Hepolite.
Standard bore pistons are provided by Hepolite at \u00a352.50 inc. VAT part number FP132M\\STD
or by Nural at \u00a372.00 inc. VAT part number 18649\\STD
