Fortunately, Mini Spares has produced a new Distributor Shield made from flexible plastic that protects the Mini\u2019s engine electrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shield comes as a complete kit (although parts are also available separately) including plastic clips, two upper brackets, lower bracket and the plastic cover itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitting is reletively simple and involves removing the gearbox to engine bolts, connecting the two upper brackets to the rocker cover retaining nuts, and the lower bracket to the gearbox and then replacing the bolts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Order as part number BHM1675 at \u00a335.75 inc.
