The rack is manufactured in the UK by steering specialists Kiley Clinton and has been designed for rally\/race use in ultimate specification competition. This steering rack already has an excellent track record and is known to cope with the arduous conditions involved in rallying and comes with Burton\u2019s full recommendation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rack is made to directly fit the Escort Mk2 as the tie rods are metric, but it will also fit Escort Mk1 models if the tie rod ends are changed to Part No. QR4118S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tie rods are 11mm longer than standard to allow competition cars to run negative camber.
