M-Style Mosselman Oil Thermostat for BMW N54, N55 and S55 Engines

The N54, N55 and S55 engines often succumb to oil cooling problems, but M-Style has the solution in the form of the Mosselman MSL Oil Thermostat. The standard oil thermostat will reach around 120 degrees Celsius under normal driving. The MSL Oil Thermostat will open at a lower temperature (85 degrees Celsius) than the standard oil thermostat and will keep the temperature stable between 95 and 105 degrees Celsius, depending on the car model.
Installing the MSL Thermostat ensures a cooler oil temperature resulting in more stable performance, but most importantly it improves the reliability of the engine. M-Style highly recommends the installation of this thermostat, especially on cars that are tuned.
The MSL Thermostat is plug-and-play, taking only 30 minutes to install and is CNC machined from high-grade billet aluminum.
It is not an ‘always open’ solution. The MSL Thermostat will ensure the oil will still reach operating temperature (approx. 20°C lower than stock) in the same time as a stock thermostat.

GAZ GHA Coilover Suspension for MG-ZR 2001-2005

Back in the day, the MG-ZR was praised for its handling (although some of its other features weren’t so popular). However, what was hailed as outstanding at the beginning of the 21st century can certainly be improved upon today.

When Abarth designed the performance version of the modern Fiat 500 ‘low ride suspension’ was a feature, thus implying that the handling of the standard 500 could be improved. Now GAZ offers a GAZ Gold Suspension Kit to allow owners of more standard 500 models to benefit from not just low ride, but variable ride height and damper rate adjustable suspension.
The kit includes suspension springs and adjustable coilovers on which the ride height can be adjusted through 60mm. The coilovers have a coarse acme form thread for ease of height adjustment and to ensure that they remain in good order even after considerable service.
Damping rates are variable by means of an adjuster knob on the damper bodies.

Burton’s Propshaft For Ford Escort Mk1/2 – Rocket or 5 Speed Gearbox to English or Atlas Axle

Burton Power is pleased to announce it can now offer its own version of the original Group 1 prop shaft. The Burton Propshaft uses a larger diameter tubing and has no centre bearing; this single piece propshaft is thus much stronger than the original two piece item. It is suitable as a direct replacement for the original prop or for competition use. It will fit all standard RS2000s or Mk2 Escorts that use a Rocket or 5 speed gearbox and an English or Atlas axle. It will also fit a Mk1 with a Mk2 diff. flange.
The Propshaft is a high quality item manufactured in the UK, not a cheap inferior import. The vast majority of imports use rather crude forgings which are heavier and the tubing spec can often be suspect. The tube specification used on Burton propshafts is SAE 1020/1040, as per the original specification. The end float in the universal joints is controlled by varying the thickness of the circlips which gives a smoother joint action and better control over straightness and dynamic balance. All shafts are checked and corrected for straightness. The aim is to have no greater runout of more than 0.25mmon any part of the tube (compared to original specification of 0.35mm). Dynamic balance is at 3000rpm to ISO specification G16. All propshafts are now fitted with an upgraded transmission sleeve to eradicate any reliability issues under extreme race conditions.
