Webcon Carburettor Throttle Position Sensor Kit

Most aftermarket ignition ECUs are capable of running a 3D ignition map when used with a pair of sidedraft carburettors; all that is usually required to evoke this functionality is a throttle position signal.

Ford 2.0 Pinto engine.

The sequential 38 DGAS 3.0 V6 carburettor is a direct swap for the Pinto’s progressive Weber 32/36 DGAV and has been jetted especially for the 2.0 engine. It is a perfect complement for a ported head and fast road cam.

Mini Spares 0.75” Bore Brake Master Cylinder / Fluid Tank with Flat Top

Mini Spares has commissioned the manufacture of a new brake master cylinder with a 0.75” bore and a period-correct flat top outlet rather than the current pointed type.

The brake fluid pipe goes directly into the flat top rather than to the original troublesome union (which is no longer available).

The larger bore is also ideal for cars with 4 pot brake calipers or other performance modifications which demand more fluid and pressure.

The new 0.75” bore master cylinder can be ordered as part number GMC153 at £150.76 inc VAT.

Conventional rocker arms tend to produce sideways movement in the valve stems which causes high levels of friction and subsequent wear to both the stems and valve guides. However, the wear can be prevented by replacing the standard rockers with roller-rockers; their strong arm construction and the presence of large, low friction needle roller bearings virtually eliminates the undesirable sideways movement.

The standard lift Burton Roller Rocker Assembly for the Ford Kent engine can be ordered as part number FP229K at £500.00 inc. VAT.

The roller rocker assembly is suitable for all Ford Kent engines, but an alloy rocker cover will be required for clearance. The Burton FP227 or FP227P RED Alloy Rocker Covers would be ideal.
