GAZ Shocks has a fully adjustable coilover kit for the Porsche Cayman. The kit offers adjustable ride height and adjustable damper rates and includes lowered, uprated, suspension springs.

Ride height is adjustable all round through 60mm of adjustment and the struts and damper units feature the GAZ black zinc protective finish as well as sporting the GAZ logo.

GAZ Adjustable Dampers for Triumph Herald, Spitfire and Bond Equipe

The classic Triumph Herald chassis was also used as a frame for the fibreglass Bond Equipe, made from 1963 to 1970. Thus the GAZ uprated and fully adjustable dampers for the Herald will also provide an upgrade for the Equipe. These same dampers also fit the Spitfire (all models), the GT-6 and the Vitesse, providing them all with improved and adjustable damping and superior handling.

GAZ GT Dampers provide variable bump and rebound rates which can be adjusted to suit the conditions and driving style. The damping rates can be altered by means of an easily accessible knob on the side of the units.

GAZ Adjustable Coil-Over Damper Conversion for Alfa Junior 105 Giulia GTV

The Giorgetto Giugiaro designed Alfa Junior 105 Giulia GTV is an attractive and popular classic.

Recently GAZ Shocks was asked to produce a coilover conversion kit for the later specification models by an overseas client building a track car. Having produced the original order this application has now been added to the GAZ range.

The damper rate can be adjusted on the car by means of an adjuster knob. Ride height can be varied by -25mm to -50mm.

All the units are individually tested before leaving the factory and covered by a two year warranty for non-competition use.

The GAZ coilovers can be ordered as GP6-2344 and retail at £92.96 +VAT each.

The dampers come with an adjustable spring platform, but are supplied without springs due to the variety of possible specifications. GAZ can advise on the correct spring for the intended purpose when ordering.

DEI Dyno Strap Heat Guard

Protect critical tie-downs before serious damage occurs.

“It started with a frantic call from a local tuner shop, asking if we offered a protective heat sleeve for dynamometer tie-down straps,” said Mike Buca, DEI Product Manager. “It seems this tuner nearly launched a car while on the dyno because the exhaust heat from the tailpipe actually burned through an already weakened area on the strap.”

Fortunately DEI already had the right material for the job with its high-temperature-resistant aluminized material which can withstand 500°F (260°C) direct heat and 2000°F (1093°C) of radiant heat. So it was just a matter of machining it up into 5″-wide-by-36″-long (12.7cms x 91.44cms) sleeves to fit over tie down straps.

Now DEI’s Dyno Strap Guard is generally available to all tuners as part number 10466 at £30.65 plus shipping and import tax.
