The only good VW Caddy is a lowered one! Thus GAZ is now offering these shortened, fully adjustable GT Dampers for VW’s little hauler.

The dampers are designed for vehicles that have been lowered by up to an asphalt scraping 55mm.

GAZ fully adjustable GT dampers enable the damping bump and rebound rate to be adjusted to suit the conditions, load and driving style. They have adjustable damping rates which can be altered by means of an easily accessible knob on the side of the units.

GAZ dampers feature a zinc plated body and protective plastic sleeve to keep them looking good and working well for long into the future.

All units are individually tested before leaving the factory and are covered by a two year warranty.

Through their involvement in racing the team members at GAZ Shocks have become quite the experts in designing performance suspension for various BMW models.

Now they have turned their attention to the latest BMW 330 and come up with a monotube design suspension kit.

GAZ gas-charged Monotube Coilovers are far lighter than other types of coilover damper; the use of morew lightweight billet aluminium parts helps reduce unsprung weight. They also react quicker and can be used in an inverted position (note the damper on the left of the picture). Thus these Monotube Coilovers are ideal for serious trackday or competition use.

GAZ Monotube Coilover kits come with silicone chrome springs and the required mounting hardwear. The spring platforms are adjustable to allow the ride height to be altered as required and the bump and rebound settings can be adjusted by means of a knurled collar at the top (or bottom if used inverted).

Like all GAZ coilovers the monotubes carry a two year warranty for non-race use.

Porsche unveiled the 2.4-litre E-series 911 in September 1971 for the 1972 model year. The engine capacity had been increased to 2.4 litres which resulted in a potent driving experience. The original plastic oil filler cap was never Ford’s greatest design achievement. The cap top tended to separate from the body and allow oil mist to blow out into the engine compartment resulting in an oily mess.

Although Burton’s Black Alloy Filler Cap follows a similar design, being breathable and incorporating a filter mesh just like the OE cap, it’s made from anodised alloy. As it is more substantial and non flexible, the top on this cap stays where it’s supposed to, preventing leaks and looking far more stylish and professional than the plastic cap ever could.
