Burton’s English Axle Crown Wheel & Pinion

Burton Power is pleased to announce that it can supply Crown Wheel & Pinion Sets for the Ford English rear axle (also known as the Timken or Banjo axle) as used in many Ford classics, some Lotus models and numerous kit cars.

All Burton Crown Wheel & Pinion Sets are precision manufactured from high quality 8620 alloy steel forgings to Ford O.E. specification and quality standards.

The gears are produced on the latest Gleason CNC machinery to ensure the highest standards of production.
The superior Gleason tooth forms on each gear set are individually lapped together to give optimum meshing quality. After an exacting hardening process, the gears are finally treated to a manganese phosphate surface coating which forms a long lasting anti-corrosion shield, that provides enhanced lubricity and protects against abrasion.

Webcon Universal Throttle Position Sensor

Webcon has just added a Universal Throttle Position Sensor to its range of electronic fuel injection components.
 
The Throttle Position Sensor has been manufactured for Webcon by OEM manufacturer Wabash and can be ordered as part number ATP200.
The Throttle Position Sensor boasts a rotation life of a massive 5 million full cycles. It has a functional heat range of -40 to +155 degrees Centigrade and Is fitted with a conventional 3 pin minitimer type connector to ensure compatibility with all major aftermarket engine management systems.

Webcon’s Twin Choke Manifold for Golf 1.6/1.8

Webcon already manufactures the finest Weber direct replacement carburetor kit on the market for the VW Golf 1.6/1.8, and also offers the legendary twin Weber DCOE kit, but now there is also a mid range manifold option for those who might like to take advantage of mild engine upgrades, but do not want to stretch to a full DCOE set.
 
Manifold part number MM0067 will allow fitment of either a  Weber 32/36 DGV or 38 DGAS  carburetor to a 1.6 or 1.8 eight valve Golf engine. Alternatively the manifold can be used to add the driveability of EFI by fitting the unique Webcon Retroject 38/38 throttle body.

GAZ GP Coilovers for RWD Toyota Corolla

GAZ can now supply height and damping rate adjustable coilover units to suit the pre-1987 rear-wheel-drive Toyota Corolla.
The units are easily adjustable on the car and feature a gas cell in the outer reservoir to prevent cavitation (foaming).
The coilover units can be ordered as part number GP6 4461 and retail at £88.53 each (plus VAT).
GAZ can also supply springs for these units produced to the appropriate specification for their intended use.
All the units are individually tested before leaving the factory and are covered by a two year warranty.

GAZ Top Mounts for Jaguar XK-8

GAZ has added more applications to its rapidly growing range of alloy top mounts. The latest addition is for the Jaguar XK-8 and is intended for use in conjunction with GAZ coilover suspension.
The top mounts will firm up the suspension strut’s location points for improved handling on trackday and competition cars. These CNC machined alloy billet top mounts come complete with stainless steel bolts and a ready-fitted centre bearing and spacer plate.
GAZ top mounts are ideal for racing and dedicated track day cars but would probably be too harsh for cars used on the road.
