The small block Chevrolet engine has been a firm favourite with tuners since its introduction in the Tri-Five Chevys and Corvettes of the mid 1950s. The prefered modification for this engine has always been to fit a set of four Weber 48IDA carburettors.
The carburettor and manifold kit has always been available from Webcon, but the manifold is now available as a separate item.
The manifold is superbly cast and machined in the US and is suitable for Weber IDA carburettors, as well as fuel injection throttle bodies. It is available from stock as part number 9900890100, priced at £825 plus VAT.
The manifold is also available as a complete assembled kit with four genuine Weber 48IDA carburettors, linkage and fuel rail as part number K9502 priced at £2877 plus VAT.
The linkage kit is also available separately as part number 9900790000 priced at £157 plus VAT.
