Mittler Bros. have been building metal working tools and fabrication equipment in the USA for over 30 years.
Now these machine tools are available in the UK and Europe exclusively through Brown & Geeson Ltd.
The Mittler Bros. 3 tonne machine manual bench press can be used as a straight press or with punch and flare sets, a corner notcher, louvre presses and with shrinker, stretcher and shearing tools.
All tooling can be mounted for front to back use or can be rotated through 90° for side to side uses.
A deep throat depth of 305mm (12”) allows generous room around the workpiece and there is 25mm clearance between the mounted tooling.
An adjustable fine-spline handle mechanism allows for quick and easy indexing of the handle.
The kit includes slug ejector, spring loaded centre ring pin and Arbor nut spanner.
The press is produced from high grade steel with a durable powder coated finish.
A number of extra parts are available separately including a Depth Stop which helps to maintain a consistent depth across a work piece and a Universal Floor Stand with locking castors to allow the Mittler Bros. Manual Bench Press to be moved around the workshop with ease.
