The original rubber bush often fails due to material degradation which leads to imprecise steering, braking instability and uneven tyre wear. The factory rear trailing arm bush commonly splits or tears; replacing it is labour intensive and requires complex fitting tools thus making it an expensive ordeal. PFF1-824 Upper Right Engine Mount Bush is a replacement bush to replace the aging rubber mounts and features voiding to control NVH transmission levels whilst enhancing engine stability. The Powerflex bush will prevent excessive movement of the engine when revving, and is unaffected by engine oil which rapidly causes deterioration of standard rubber bushes.

Passion Auto France is proud to announce that it can now offer Limited Slip Differentials for the classic BMW E21 and the iconic BMW 2002 range.

The LSDs are made exclusively for PAF by leading transmission specialists 3J Driveline and are available in a number of versions. The following ramp angles are available: 45/45,
40/90, 30/90, 50/90 and 30/60 and preload can be set from 0 to 150lbs/ft according to customer specification.

The PAF 3J NXG differentials for BMW E21/2002 are certainly the most solid and progressive on the market. Thanks to the precision cutting of the gears the noises generally associated with LSD have been eliminated; furthermore the plate pack, which always runs on a minimum of 8 active surfaces, gives maximum surface to surface area contact during use.

The PAF 3J NXG differential will fit into most E21 housings and use the factory half shafts without modification. The only exception is the very early E21 which used 2002 style half shaft flanges. These early E21s and the 2002 will require adaptor flanges which PAF can also supply. They will also need a minor modification to the original diff casing which can be carried out by the customer (full instructions and template supplied) or by PAF for mail order customers. PAF can also recondition the components in the original diff whilst fitting the LSD to renew the bearings and seals and deliver the assembled diff. ready to install on your car. All differentials are upgraded on an individual basis allowing custom specifications to be incorporated. e.g. it is possible to build custom differential with pre-load tolerance of
1-2lb/ft.

The original Lucas base tooling for the Clubman front indicator lights was scrapped years ago but Mini Spares has come to the rescue of Clubman owners with a faithful reproduction of the parts.

The Mini Spares front sidelight and indicator lamp units will also fit Lotus and Maxi applications. The lamp units come as complete assemblies and include lamp seals and lens to lamp seal rubbers.

The modern Mini Cooper has proved itself to be every bit as competitive as its original namesake and now GAZ offer a top-of-the-range fully adjustable Gaz Gold coilover suspension kit for the R53 2002-on version.

Ride height is adjustable through 60mm of adjustment and the damper units are fitted with anodised adjusters for long life. The height adjusters have a coarse acme form thread for ease of adjustment and to ensure that they remain in good order even after considerable service.

Damper rates are also variable by means of an adjuster knob on the damper body. The GAZ Gold range comes with a gas cell in the reservoir filled with a high viscosity index multi grade oil to prevent cavitation and to reduce fade under racing and trackday conditions.
