Moss Europe Rear Silencer Delete Kit for Jaguar XK8

Moss Europe has just released a rear silencer delete kit for the early Jaguar XK8 X100 model up to vin A11050. The kit replaces the rear exhaust silencer with a straight through exhaust system.

The Jaguar XK8 has three exhaust silencers fitted which equates to a very quiet V8 exhaust sound. With this replacement bolt-on straight through pipe system the Jaguar V8 signature ‘burble and roar’ sound comes to life.

Designed and made in Great Britain from polished stainless steel these pipes also give a better look to the back of the car. No body or bumper modifications are required; these pipes connect to the original intermediate silencer.

This exhaust system is not TUV approved. In some countries fitting a non-standard exhaust system may cause failure at vehicle testing. Please check with your local vehicle testing authority before purchasing and fitting this exhaust system.

Adjustable version – MS72
An adjustable version is also available as part number MS72. This is often used in racing or by owners wishing to change the front and rear braking bias of their car. It is also used to reposition the valve on the car rather than leave it in its exposed position by the rear subframe. MS72 retails at £88.80 inc vat.
