The manifolds are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel. The welds are gas purged thereby preventing oxidisation which would compromise the strength and corrosive resistance of the joint. Gas purging also ensures that the weld remains smooth inside the pipe thus increasing exhaust gas flow.

All bends in the tube are mandrel bent to ensure that there is no reduction in diameter throughout the bend. The primary pipes are constructed to an equal length to ensure smooth and equal performance from each cylinder and the collectors are fully welded merge types designed to maximise gas flow.
