The Mini Spares Minator wheel features a flat fronted rim design and eight rounded spokes. When it was introduced the BMW E30 Three Series was praised for its handling. A lot has changed in the field of suspension technology since the early ninties when the E30 was finally phased out; today a GAZ GHA suspension kit can not only improve on the original handling but also offer height and damper rate adjustability.
The kit has been designed specifically with road use in mind with suitable spring and damping rates – although it is also suitable for track day use. The kit is ideal for vehicles that have been subject to power upgrades, as many E30s have.
GAZ damper units allow damping adjustment whilst on the vehicle by means of easily accessible adjuster knobs/top adjusters.
Shortened body and stroke lengths allow a -25 to -55mm ride height variation with a coarse acme form thread provided for easy adjustment.

In order to restore or improve the ride and handling of the Ford Cortina Mk1/2, GAZ Shocks can not only rebuild your existing McPherson struts to an as-new condition but also add uprated features if required.
The example shown here has been completely restored to standard specifications. Alternatively, units can be produced with a new outer tube threaded for height adjustment and fitted with a bump and rebound top adjuster.
A further option is to uprate to the GAZ Gold standard. This provides units with a similar specification but also includes bump and rebound adjustment by means of a side control knob as well as fixed or adjustable platforms for historic racing.
