Webcon has offered a Weber manifold for the Rover V8 engine for some time, but with two carburettors positioned on each cylinder head this has proved a little too high for some applications.

Now, Webcon has revised the design and positioned the four Weber IDF carburettors in a line along the manifold between the heads, much like the early Aston Martin V8, creating an overall lower profile.

The manifold comes complete with linkage, cable and a stud kit. Order as part number MM4473 at £1699 plus vat.

A complete kit with four carburettors will be released later in 2019.

M-Style has teamed up with Cobra Sport to offer a package of the latest Cobra Sport Quad Exhaust for BMW F32/F33/F36 435d and the MStyle diffuser which was developed especially for use with this exhaust system.

The package will fit the F32 (Coupe) and F36 (Gran Coupe). It can also be fitted to the M-Sport models but an additional dual exit panel will be required.

The MOMO Mod .08 Steering Wheel is designed for use in saloon and rally cars; the deep dish offers the driver maximum control and the yellow leather marker on the top provides a quick reference to the position of the steering.

The MOMO Mod .08 comes finished in either black suede or black leather. It features three blue aluminium spokes with a machined-out section and the MOMO Arrow logo on the horn button.

An aftermarket hub is required for installation.

Worn or damaged window rails can cause the glass to rattle, make winding difficult, allow rain to leak into the door causing rust and generally looks pretty scruffy.

Now, Mini Spares has produced its own direct replacement kit for Mk3 Minis with roll-up windows using stainless steel for the rail supports.

The kit contains parts ALA5746SS and ALA5747SS – a pair of drop rails – plus two 24A948 rubber seals for the drop rails to hold the glass firmly in place.

The kit can be ordered as part number MSSK2105SS. It is suitable for one door and retails at £36.32 inc vat.

It’s important to keep a Mini’s steering and suspension gaiters in good condition to prevent road grit and debris from damaging the joint within. That’s why they should be replaced at the first sign of a split or perishing… and that’s the problem.

Original rubber gaiters are prone to splitting and if subject to oil contamination they can quickly perish.

Thankfully, Mini Spares has come up with polyurethane upgraded gaiters for all knuckle joints and many track rod ends. These will greatly reduce the chances of splitting and eliminate the problem of perishing.

It should be noted that this gaiter may not fit every track rod end because over the past 55 years there have been many ‘pattern’ track rod ends produced, but it will fit every genuine Mini suspension knuckle ball joint (part no GSV1118) ever made.
