Measuring toe is quick and simple with the B-G Racing Aluminium Toe Plates.

Simply rest one of these high-strength, lightweight plates flat against the tyre on each side of the vehicle and use the 3.5 metre magnetic tape measures provided to accurately measure the toe.

Kicked-out bottoms hold the plates flat against the wheels, whilst the tapes feature strong magnetic ends which attract to the slots to securely hold the tapes in place whilst working.

Produced from high quality aluminium with an elegant black anodised finish, the B-G Racing Steering wheel spacer is designed to bring the steering wheel closer to the driver for improved steering input and driver comfort.

The B-G Racing 12.5mm steering wheel spacer adaptor comes complete with fixing screws, has a depth of 12.5mm and is multi-drilled for both 6x70mm and 6x74mm PCD bolt patterns to accommodate the majority of aftermarket steering wheels, thus enabling cross compatibility between hub kits and steering wheels with either 6x70mm or 6x74mm PCD patterns.

The B-G Racing Aluminium Camber Frame is produced from aluminium with a durable black powder coated finish. It is supplied with a B-G Racing Digital Dual Axis Angle Gauge which together offer quick and simple camber measurement for both left and right handed users on vehicles with wheel rim sizes up to 20” diameter.

Powerflex has just released some new front suspension parts for the Mercedes C Class W203 (2001-2007), CLK W209 (2002-2009) and SLK R171 (2004-2010)

Although replacement OE bushes are available, the original parts commonly fail due to high torsional loads and the natural degradation of rubber which, on a heavy vehicle such as these, can lead to imprecise steering, braking instability and expensive uneven tyre wear. Powerflex has just released a pair of mounting bush inserts for the Ford Focus Mk2 ST 225.

The rubber on the original mounts of this commonly tuned motor, degrade and soften with time; this results in excessive engine and gearbox movement. The Powerflex inserts have been developed to fit in and around the voided sections of the original rubber mounts to restrict movement at higher torque levels.
This provides a cost-effective way of improving engine stability, gear shifting, power delivery, and vehicle handling without the increased NVH associated with more expensive full replacement aftermarket engine mounts.

The iTronic is the next level of intelligent engine control and quite unlike anything that has gone before. It provides mapping and driveability that is superior to ANY other tuning module. The iTronic will increase acceleration, make the car feel lighter and raise the overall driving experience to a whole new level. On a standard M4 this module made 512.5hp and 687nm – and is doesn’t stop there. It will accept additional modifications, as proven by the M-Style 620hp Hybrid Turbo M4 demonstrator car.

The heart of the system is a cutting edge technology 176 pin, 80MHz microcontroller sited in a rugged billet CNC machined aluminium housing. It features an 80-pin connector for in-/output and the calibration and regular software updates can be installed via a waterproof USB 3.1 port. This USB 3.1 port is the latest and fastest transfer method to update/transfer data to and from the device.The settings are managed by the steering wheel’s cruise / RES buttons which operate the functions of the module such as turning on and off and the valve control; however, the factory cruise control features are not lost in the process. In addition to tuning, data logging functions are also provided.

The iTronic is future proof – the super powerful 176-pin processor is able to read or modify up to 116 channels thus enabling the processor to adjust the mapping to new car types and engines in the future. Also, the brand new “SENT” protocol can be processed by iTronic. The M3/M4 iTronic can be transfered to other BMW models – for instance an M5 or M6 with the correct corresponding harness.
