Powerflex has just released some new front suspension parts for the Mercedes C Class W203 (2001-2007), CLK W209 (2002-2009) and SLK R171 (2004-2010)
Although replacement OE bushes are available, the original parts commonly fail due to high torsional loads and the natural degradation of rubber which, on a heavy vehicle such as these, can lead to imprecise steering, braking instability and expensive uneven tyre wear. By replacing the worn rubber parts with the Powerflex polyurethane bushes you can experience immediate and lasting improvements to these problems.
The new introductions are as follows:
PFF40-501 Front Lower Arm Inner Bush £80.28 per pair incl. VAT
PFF40-502 Front Upper Arm Inner Bush £80.28 per pair incl. VAT
PFF40-503-20 Front Anti Roll Bar Inner Bush £40.68 per pair incl. VAT
For vehicles used in motorsports or predominately on track these parts are also available in the Powerflex Black Series range which is manufactured using a 95 Shore A compound that boasts 25% increased stiffness over the Powerflex purple 80 Shore A performance material.
