The latest creation to emerge from the GAZ factory is the new GAZ Gold fully adjustable suspension kit for the Vauxhall/Opel Corsa D.

The specification for this little track-day favourite is just like any other GAZ Gold kit; ride height is adjustable through 60mm of adjustment and the damper units are fitted with anodised adjusters for long life. The height adjusters have a coarse acme form thread for ease of adjustment and to ensure that they remain in good order – even after considerable service.

Damper rates are also variable by means of an adjuster knob on the damper body. The GAZ Gold range comes with a gas cell in the reservoir filled with a high viscosity index multi grade oil to prevent cavitation and reduce fade under racing and trackday conditions.

All the units are individually tested before leaving the factory for extra peace of mind.

Burton has recently increased its range of Cometic Head Gaskets both in terms of available applications and the variety of thicknesses available. In some applications there are as many as 11 thickness options available!

Cometic are one of the most respected gasket brands in motorsport and have become the gasket of choice amongst engine builders at all levels of competition and street tuning.

Cometic’s MLS gaskets are made from three or more layers of stainless steel. Cometic uses stainless steel for increased strength, corrosion resistance and it’s ability to rebound to shape. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a flouroelastomer rubber based material (Viton) for improved sealing and durability. The Viton coating is heat resistant to 25000C.

The Maserati Levante S model was inspired by the Mediterranean wind of the same name and its spectacular design and refined luxury has captured many admiring glances.
