Powerflex exhaust mounts have been designed and developed using a Red 65A durometer material. They are approx.15% stiffer than a rubber mount providing better height and movement control of the exhaust system. Unlike rubber mounts, polyurethane will not deteriorate with age and will not perish or break with weight. With the cost of some exotic exhaust systems running into the thousands these low-cost mounts are the perfect complement for any exhaust install.
All Powerflex bushes, of course, carry a Lifetime Warranty.

The Ford Focus RS and ST have already proven to be worthy of the mega hatch tag; however, understeer and torque steer still appear to be present despite Ford’s efforts to reduce them.
As the intended usage of a vehicle changes, the suitability of the parts fitted also changes. People go from good road tyres to track tyres, better pads and discs to larger discs and caliper conversions and better springs to full-on adjustable coilover upgrades… all in the search of better performance on track.
The MOMO heritage is reborn with the MOMO California steering wheel.
A sudden loss of oil pressure can destroy an engine in seconds. The standard 7lb oil pressure switch fitted to classic Minis often gives the warning too late to save the engine.
All of the torque action of a classic Mini’s engine is controlled by the stabiliser arm (or ‘steady bar) located just above the flywheel housing. If you are still using original type rubber bushes in your bar you are living in the past. They only have a limited life and that will be dramatically shortened if they get contaminated by engine oil. Modern polyurethane bushes are far stiffer and totally resistant to oil contamination.

The Vauxhall Magnum which first appeared in 1973 was basically an HC Viva with a larger engine, more luxurious interior, higher trim level and four, rather than two, headlights. It shared its suspension with the larger-engined variants of the Vauxhall Viva and Firenza although there was obviously room for improvement because the famous HPF ‘Droopsnoot’ Firenza, which followed in1974, was treated to a lowered and uprated suspension package at the factory.
Now the Mk6 Fiesta ST150 can be given the GAZ performance treatment with the latest fully adjustable dampers from GAZ Shocks.
