Lightweight Alloy Flywheels
Fidanza’s aluminium flywheels are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum for superb tensile strength, incredible heat dissipation and (of course) a reduction in weight that delivers: faster acceleration, quicker throttle response, better vehicle braking and increased clutch efficiency, as well as long lasting durability.
Fidanza makes the whole friction surface (shown in its green protective delivery coating in the image) replaceable so your flywheel will never require resurfacing or total replacement. When the friction surface wears, that alone needs to be replaced, thus saving both time and money. The pattern for the fasteners is a computer design that keeps the friction surface from warping under extreme use. Fidanza doesn’t just use more fasteners because they can, Fidanza uses them because they are needed. Fidanza can supply flywheels for the following Supras:

Adjustable Vernier Cam Gears
Finally, there are new adjustable vernier cam gears for the 7M-GTE (thread-in) and 2JZ-GE & 2JZ-GTE engines which allow the timing to be adjusted by 12 degrees of both advance and retard. Fidanza cam gears are designed to tighter tolerances than factory OE gears and are precision CNC machined from high grade 6061 T6 aluminium for exact fitment and high durability. Stainless steel studs are threaded through the back of the outer gear, the inner is placed into this and fastened with stainless steel nuts and lock washers. This design delivers optimal function and strength by allowing more torque to be used to secure the inner and outer gear sections without risking stretching the aluminium threads.
