The VW Transporter is enjoying incredible popularity at the moment and to get the look right they need to be lowered. But before you start attacking the springs with an oxy-acetylene torch just check out the two complete suspension kits from GAZ : the GAZ Gold provides all round height adjustability with full damper adjustment and GAZ Gold Ultra provides the same with a lower stance to start with.
Both kits include dampers, springs, front struts and adjustable rear spring platforms. The GAZ damper units are easy to adjust whilst on the vehicle by means of easily accessible adjuster knobs at the rear and side adjusters for the front struts.

Shortened body and stroke lengths allow a -50mm to -130mm ride height variation with a coarse acme form thread provided for easy adjustment. ‘C’ spanners are included in the kit. Each kit gives the individual the opportunity to setup their van how ever they feel; GAZ Gold -40mm to 100mm GAZ Gold Ultra -70mm to 130mm and GAZ Gold T32 50-100mm approx.
Each unit is black zinc coated for corrosion protection and to ensure that the height adjusters will go on working for many years to come. Rear dampers also have blue plastic protective boots.
